Our offices are open and fully operational Monday through Friday and in an effort to keep our staff and patients safe, we have implemented a number of procedures as per the ADA, CDC, and OSHA. 24-Hour Emergencies, Questions, & Appointments: (845) 209-2500
Dear Patient:
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the past few months, and all of us looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up to date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agency’s recommendations.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
- Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You will be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
- We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
- You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
- Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling appointments.
- We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have. To make an appointment, please call our office at (845) 209-2500. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back!
Sincerely,
The Aesthetic Family Dentistry Team

I was embarrassed to meet new people and smile in front of anyone. After visiting Aesthetic Family Dentistry, they walked me through all the steps they were going to take to bring my smile back. The staff and the doctors were very friendly and made me feelBrandon

Today my 16 year old son had his tooth knocked out in gym during flag football, the nurse called and told me they recovered the tooth and had it in milk and I needed to get him to the dentist ASAP. We contacted his dentist and was told that they did not have any emergency appts available, they offered no solutions and really didn't seem to care. I encountered the same attitude with several other offices that I called and I finally called Aesthetic. They were a breath of fresh air, their computers were down and couldn't even check their appts but asked me what was going on, spoke with the doctor and told me to come on over. From the minute we walked in, we were met with exceptional service and care, from the reception desk to the examination room warm vibes could be felt. Dr. Musi and Ashley treated my son as though they were treating their own child, so attentive and considerate. I am a little embarrassed to say that I am in tears writing this but I feel so grateful and my heart is so full. This was just a regular day for them but to me it just meant sooo much. Well, my family and I have finally found a dental home !!!!! Our current dentist is literally around the corner and Aesthetic is about 25 mins away, but we would rather travel for Quality service and care. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.Cindy-Lee

Dr. Horn is a valuable contributor for the Port Jervis Community. I appreciate his expertise and very great clinical knowledge. He has continued educating himself seeking innovative methods to treat his patients. When confronted with clinical challenges he draws on his research and education and performs is an excellent manner. He is not afraid to accept challenges and approaches each patient’s event clearly and thoughtfully. Each patient’s teeth are unique, and I have appreciated his direction, his plan and his interventions. He strives to achieve excellence through continuous learning, through purchasing new equipment, through learning the newest techniques and approaches. Port Jervis is lucky to have an individual who believes in excellence. Thanks Dr. Horn. You have become my forever Dentist.Dr. Joan O’Leary
